I don’t know if these medical reasons are accurate but if they are he should step down or be dismissed. Government is the only place you can be old or incompetent or infirm and keep job forever he’s out of shape maga. Make him an ICE agent and have him wait to get paid
After one experiences a stroke, that person, whose brain has been impacted by loss of blood or oxygen dies. The ability to empathize diminishes. A neurologist shared this information with me. He apparently had a few strokes, thus he can no longer empathize. Sad. So very sad.
This is what happens when you don’t properly allow yourself to recover from a stroke. My ex-husband, who also used to practice emergency medicine, had a stroke in 2014 and the aftereffects left him incapable of seeing patients anymore. He had residual aphasia and couldn’t remember which patient had which symptoms, and that’s problematic when it comes to diagnosing people. He eventually had to switch from seeing patients to doing administrative work
I believe John Fetterman has similar deficits & rushed back to work way too fast. He can’t do the job any longer and needs to resign. PA needs to have a special election to replace him, hopefully with Conor Lamb, who we should’ve had all along

As sad as it is to say this, I *hope* that’s the reason.
It also could have been a transformative experience that made him move to “lives too short for this shit” but this is not that time for that.
